Training content:

TEAM TRAINING IS OFFERED TO BOTH INTRAMURAL & TRAVEL TEAMS WITH AN ORGANIZATION (9-16 Players) 

Each team has the opportunity to schedule one to two training sessions per week with either YTP Sports Staff (professionally licensed coach or Professional Player).

Each includes:

  • 20% Warm up w/ Ball
  • 50% Main Activity/Theme for session
  • 10% Small sided group play
  • 20% Competitive Intra-Sqaud match
